Alabama Frontier DaysFort Toulouse/Jackson Park Nov. 5th-9th 2008The most authentic Living History event in the state. Alabama Frontier Days is a wonderful opportunity to see the unique culture of the South as it was transformed from Creek Indian lands to pioneer settler forts and homesteads during the period of 1700 to 1820. Frence Fort Toulouse will be occupied by a full force of authentically costumer Fremch Colonial Marines and a War of 1812 camp will be set up next to Fort Jackson. We have also scheduled various demonstrations and period entertainments. A partial list of the demonstrations includes:
